One of the biggest benefits to natural stone or paver installation is it becomes an expansion on the usable living space at your home or business and also increases the value of your property as a result. In addition to it being a great spot to spend time, but when it comes time to sell your property, an elegantly designed patio can increase the selling price of your home while also pushing a potential buyer to make the purchase quicker as they will be able to envision themselves enjoying their evenings on the patio. Our custom patio, walkway or driveway installation prices start at $14/sq. ft. with a $1,000 project minimum.
We meet with you at your property and assess the proposed work area with you and discuss your goals and ideas.
Your design is finalized, contracts are signed and initial project deposits are paid at this time.
Our hardscape team begins the work at your property. This is an exciting time as you get to see the transformation begin. Our crews excavate the area where your patio, walkway or driveway will be built, followed by base material and bedding sand. The base is compacted and set to the right slope for water drainage off the paver or stone surface.
Once the base is complete, all pavers are laid out according to the design pattern and then cuts are made to fit into the space with a soldier course.
After all the cuts are done, crews install joint sand (polymeric sand) into the joints between the pavers and blow off the pavers lightly with a backpack blower, then apply a light mist of water, let the surface dry then another coating of water. Then within 24-48 hours of drying, your new natural stone or paver installation project is complete! When the polymeric sand is drying – our crew will begin the surrounding landscaping work with mulch, landscape rock, planting shrubs, etc.
Please note this process is a broad overview and every project is unique. The scheduling and order of operations may differ slightly, fill out our online quote request form to learn more.
